The sturdy, two-piece fully adjustable feed tray with hydraulic conveyor system speed mulch delivery to the patented beater drum. Tray adjustments accommodate various bale sizes. • The fully variable hydraulic feed conveyor system moves the bales to engage the flake separator, flipping the bale segments into the beater chamber. Bale guides and flaker are adjustable for various bale sizes. Average mulch output 20 tons per hour. Boom discharge range in still air is 100 feet.

• Proven symmetrically tapered beater drum (thrashing chamber) is designed to improve mulch separation for uniform distribution. Outfitted for supply air scavenging and heavy debris expulsion.

• The M90 is a self-contained portable machine consisting of electrically welded modular components secured with plated self- locking fasteners, mounted on a fabricated steel base.

• Engine power is reliably transmitted directly via flexible coupling to the blower. Fully adjustable flail stations are mounted in common on the heavy-duty beater shaft. Access for flail adjustment is through hinged drum panel.
